Board-certified internal medicine physician Dr. Shawn Chopra has more than 20 years of experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care management, intensive care, palliative care, and healthcare administration. At Telehealth Medical Group (TMG), he leverages his extensive clinical experience and healthcare management background to drive both patient-centered and systemic improvements.
Dr. Chopra’s work at TMG helps us deliver convenient telehealth solutions to our patients using the most economical and efficient systems possible. His leadership ensures that healthcare operations meet the highest standards of care, compliance, and efficiency, while fostering continuous advancement in healthcare delivery.
He completed his internal medicine residency at Yale University/Danbury Hospital and holds a Medical Doctorate along with an MBA in International Healthcare from the University of Cumbria in the United Kingdom. In his personal time, Dr. Chopra values spending quality time with his wife and three children and maintains a strong interest in global healthcare initiatives and cross-cultural exploration.
